Zeno Technologies ("Zeno", "we", "us") operates an affiliate referral program that allows eligible individuals ("Affiliate", "you") to earn a one-time commission of ₹5,000 (Indian Rupees Five Thousand) for each new paying customer successfully referred to Zeno's ERP platform.
To participate in the Zeno Affiliate Program, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Provide accurate personal information during registration • Not be an existing employee, contractor, or direct competitor of Zeno Technologies • Have a valid Indian bank account for receiving payments • Agree to these Terms & Conditions in full
Upon registration, you receive a unique referral link (e.g. zenotech.app?ref=yourcode). When a prospective customer clicks your link and subsequently books a demo and subscribes to Zeno ERP, that referral is attributed to you. The referral must originate from your unique link to be eligible for commission.
• Commission: ₹5,000 per successful conversion • A "successful conversion" is defined as a referred company completing onboarding and making their first subscription payment to Zeno • Commission is one-time per referred company • The same company referred multiple times counts as one conversion • Zeno reserves the right to modify commission amounts with 30 days' prior notice
• Commissions are paid within 30 calendar days of the referred company's first successful subscription payment • Payment is made via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to the account details provided by you • A minimum threshold of ₹5,000 must be earned before payout is processed • Zeno is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect bank details provided by the Affiliate • TDS may be deducted as applicable under Indian tax law
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of pending commissions: • Submitting fake, duplicate, or self-referrals • Spamming, cold calling, or unsolicited messaging using Zeno's name • Misrepresenting Zeno's product, pricing, or features • Using paid advertising using Zeno's brand name without prior written consent • Offering personal discounts, cashbacks, or incentives to referred customers • Creating fake social media profiles or websites impersonating Zeno
Referral attribution is tracked via your unique referral link. Zeno uses cookie-based and URL parameter-based tracking. Zeno's tracking system is the sole source of truth for referral attribution. Zeno does not guarantee tracking in cases where the user clears cookies, uses a private/incognito browser, or accesses Zeno through a different device after initial click.
Zeno reserves the right to: • Modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program at any time • Change commission rates with 30 days' notice to active affiliates • Terminate any individual affiliate's participation immediately for violation of these terms • Withhold or reverse commission payments in cases of suspected fraud or policy violation Upon termination, commissions already earned on confirmed conversions will be paid within 60 days.
You are an independent referral partner. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Zeno Technologies. You have no authority to bind Zeno contractually or make commitments on Zeno's behalf.
Zeno grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Zeno's name and logo solely for the purpose of promoting Zeno to potential customers. You may not alter, modify, or create derivative works of Zeno's branding materials. All intellectual property rights remain with Zeno Technologies.
The Zeno Affiliate Program is provided "as is". Zeno does not guarantee any specific level of earnings from participation in the program. Commission is contingent entirely on successful conversions, which depend on factors outside Zeno's control including the referred company's purchasing decision.
Zeno's total liability to any Affiliate under this program shall not exceed the total commissions paid to that Affiliate in the 3 months preceding the claim. Zeno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this program.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India. Zeno encourages resolving disputes amicably — contact us at support@zenotech.app before initiating legal action.
By registering as an Affiliate, you consent to Zeno collecting and processing your personal data (name, email, phone, bank details) solely for the purpose of operating the affiliate program. Your data will not be sold to third parties. Zeno complies with applicable Indian data protection laws.
